Update on Wells – The Board has approved Harich Well Service bid to install the transducer at Well #5, and also to video and assess the Well #7 casing and pump facility. Harich Well Service will also install a variable frequency drive for our booster pump so as to reduce our Edison costs. Lastly, our staff will construct a Well house at Well #5.
Recycling Program Update – Ron says that the recycling program has been very successful and Ron would like to thank the community for their cooperation. The recycling program is for glass, plastic, aluminum and tin cans and cardboard which must be broken down. Please refer to the AVMSC.com website for further details. Ron hopes to expand this recycling program in the future.
Ron also encouraged shareholders, residents and visitors to continue to observe the water conservation requirements and tips provided by the office. A recycling bin is available in the AVMSC yard. Call the office for details.
Ron has commended both the staff and the residents for their diligent efforts toward water conservation which has exceeded the Governor’s 25% reduction rate.
